D\u00f6nemlik verilerde EYT\u2019lilerin emeklilik \u00f6demeleri sebebiyle i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc pay\u0131nda bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken y\u0131ll\u0131k verilerde i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc pay\u0131nda ciddi bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f s\u00f6z konusu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re GSYH 2023 2. \u00e7eyre\u011finde bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 \u00e7eyre\u011fine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 3,8 artt\u0131. 2023 2. \u00e7eyre\u011finde gayrisafi katma de\u011ferden emek\u00e7ilerin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re 9 puan artarak y\u00fczde 34,3 oldu. Gayrisafi katma de\u011ferden sermayenin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay ise bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re 10,5 puan azalarak y\u00fczde 43,8 oldu. Ancak eme\u011fin b\u00fcy\u00fcmeden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile sermayenin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay\u0131n azal\u0131\u015f\u0131 gelir da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131ndaki bir iyile\u015fmeye i\u015faret de\u011fil. Verilerin kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Nisan, May\u0131s ve Haziran aylar\u0131 EYT nedeniyle k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 alanlarda ve emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u011flananlarda y\u00fckseli\u015f ya\u015fanan aylardand\u0131r. Eme\u011fin pay\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n as\u0131l sebebi budur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6te yandan ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn yay\u0131mlanan GSYH 2022 y\u0131ll\u0131k verilerinde b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ili\u015fkilerinin k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re GSYH 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 5,5 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc. B\u00fcy\u00fcmeden eme\u011fin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay 2021\u2019e g\u00f6re 3,7 puan azalarak y\u00fczde 26,3 oldu. Sermayenin b\u00fcy\u00fcmeden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay ise 2021\u2019e g\u00f6re 1,4 puan artarak 2022\u2019de y\u00fczde 53,7\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemi d\u00f6neminde b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ili\u015fkileri h\u0131zla k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fti. Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k rejiminin uygulanmas\u0131ndan k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce 2016\u2019da Gayrisafi Katma De\u011fer i\u00e7inde eme\u011fin pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 36,3 iken 2022\u2019de 10 puan gerileyerek y\u00fczde 26,3 oldu. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k 2016\u2019da y\u00fczde 47,5 olan sermayenin pay\u0131 2022\u2019de 6,2 puan y\u00fckselerek y\u00fczde 53,7 oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gayrisafi yurt i\u00e7i has\u0131la (gelir y\u00f6ntemiyle cari fiyatlarla) 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re (enflasyondan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olarak) y\u00fczde 107 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6demelerinde y\u00fczde 82, net i\u015fletme art\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 113 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k sisteminin uygulanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 2018 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 100 kabul etti\u011fimizde GSYH cari fiyatlarla ba\u015fkanl\u0131k d\u00f6neminde 100\u2019den 399\u2019a \u00e7\u0131karken, eme\u011fin pay\u0131 100\u2019den 313\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. B\u00f6ylece ba\u015fkanl\u0131k d\u00f6neminde toplam emek gelirleri parasal olarak y\u00fczde 213 oran\u0131nda artm\u0131\u015f oldu.
