T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00dcFE&#8217;deki (2003:100) de\u011fi\u015fim 2023 A\u011fustos&#8217;ta bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 9,09, on iki ayl\u0131k ortalamalara g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 56,28, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n aral\u0131k ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 43,06 ve bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 58,94 oldu. Sadece iki ayl\u0131k t\u00fcketici enflasyonu y\u00fczde 19,4 oldu. Resmi enflasyondaki t\u0131rman\u0131\u015f s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00dc\u0130K, A\u011fustos 2023 d\u00f6neminde g\u0131da enflasyonunu y\u00fczde 72,9 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Ancak bu enflasyon halk\u0131n hissetti\u011fi ger\u00e7ek enflasyonu yans\u0131tmaktan olduk\u00e7a uzak bir oran. T\u00dc\u0130K, D\u0130SK taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan ve kazan\u0131lan davaya ra\u011fmen yarg\u0131 karar\u0131n\u0131 uygulam\u0131yor ve madde fiyat listesini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131yor. Madde fiyatlar\u0131 halen karart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Bu nedenle enflasyon oran\u0131n\u0131 hesaplanmas\u0131na kaynak te\u015fkil eden madde fiyat listesi g\u00f6r\u00fclemiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resmi ortalama enflasyon oranlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirlilerin, emek\u00e7ilerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hissetti\u011fi oranlar de\u011fildir.\u00a0 Bu nedenle D\u0130SK-AR olarak T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in ham verilerinden yararlanarak emeklilerin, dar gelirlilerin, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirlilerin hissetti\u011fi g\u0131da enflasyonunu yeniden hesapl\u0131yoruz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hesaplamaya g\u00f6re g\u0131da enflasyonu ortalama y\u00fczde 72,9 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken emeklilerde g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 89,5 oldu. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 83,1 olurken, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirli ikinci y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik grubun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 95,2 ve en yoksul y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubun g\u0131da enflasyonu ise y\u00fczde 114,4 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y\u00fcksek gelir gruplar\u0131n\u0131n daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enflasyon hissetti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc (y\u00fcksek) y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 69,7 olurken, en y\u00fcksek gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu ise y\u00fczde 53 oldu. B\u00f6ylece en yoksul gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 114,4 olurken, en y\u00fcksek gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 53 oran\u0131nda kald\u0131. B\u00f6ylece 2005\u2019ten bu yana T\u00dcFE 1.497 puan, g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 endeksi 2.221 puan artt\u0131. 2005\u2019te y\u00fczde 7,9 olan enflasyon oran\u0131 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 58,9 oldu. 2005\u2019te y\u00fczde 3,5 olan g\u0131da enflasyonu ise 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 72,9&#8217;a y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6te yandan son y\u0131llarda g\u0131da enflasyonu ile genel enflasyon aras\u0131ndaki fark a\u00e7\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.
