Dar gelirlinin g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 106!<\/li>\n<li>Son be\u015f (temmuz-a\u011fustos-eyl\u00fcl-ekim-kas\u0131m) fiyatlar y\u00fczde 33,7 artt\u0131!<\/li>\n<li>Y\u00fckselmeye devam etmesine ra\u011fmen resmi enflasyon halk\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 enflasyonu yans\u0131tm\u0131yor!<\/li>\n<li>G\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 endeksi ile genel endeks aras\u0131ndaki fark a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/li>\n<li>Resmi verilere g\u00f6re 2003&#8217;ten bu yana ortalama fiyatlar 18 kat, g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 ise 26 kat artt\u0131!<\/li>\n<li>T\u00dc\u0130K, D\u0130SK taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan ve kazan\u0131lan davaya ra\u011fmen yarg\u0131 karar\u0131n\u0131 uygulam\u0131yor ve madde fiyat listesini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131yor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2023 Kas\u0131m d\u00f6nemine ait T\u00dc\u0130K T\u00fcketici Fiyat Endeksi (T\u00dcFE) 4 Aral\u0131k 2023&#8217;te yay\u0131mland\u0131. T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00dcFE&#8217;deki (2003:100) de\u011fi\u015fim 2023 Kas\u0131m&#8217;da bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 3,28, on iki ayl\u0131k ortalamalara g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 53,40, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n aral\u0131k ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 60,09 ve bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 61,98 oldu. Sadece be\u015f ayl\u0131k t\u00fcketici enflasyonu y\u00fczde 33,7 oldu. Y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in memur maa\u015flar\u0131na ve emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131na yap\u0131lan zam eridi. Ancak bu enflasyon halk\u0131n hissetti\u011fi ger\u00e7ek enflasyonu yans\u0131tmaktan olduk\u00e7a uzak bir oran. T\u00dc\u0130K, D\u0130SK taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan ve kazan\u0131lan davaya ra\u011fmen yarg\u0131 karar\u0131n\u0131 uygulam\u0131yor ve madde fiyat listesini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131yor. Madde fiyatlar\u0131 halen karart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Bu nedenle enflasyon oran\u0131n\u0131 hesaplanmas\u0131na kaynak te\u015fkil eden madde fiyat listesi g\u00f6r\u00fclemiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resmi ortalama enflasyon oranlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirlilerin, emek\u00e7ilerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hissetti\u011fi oranlar de\u011fildir.\u00a0 Bu nedenle D\u0130SK-AR olarak T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in ham verilerinden yararlanarak emeklilerin, dar gelirlilerin, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirlilerin hissetti\u011fi g\u0131da enflasyonunu yeniden hesapl\u0131yoruz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hesaplamaya g\u00f6re g\u0131da enflasyonu ortalama y\u00fczde 67 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken emeklilerde g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 82,5 oldu. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 76,6 olurken, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirli ikinci y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik grubun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 87,8 ve en yoksul y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubun g\u0131da enflasyonu ise y\u00fczde 105,5 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y\u00fcksek gelir gruplar\u0131n\u0131n daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enflasyon hissetti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc (y\u00fcksek) y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 64,2 olurken, en y\u00fcksek gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu ise y\u00fczde 48,9 oldu. B\u00f6ylece en yoksul gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 105,5 olurken, en y\u00fcksek gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 48,9 oran\u0131nda kald\u0131. Bu durum enflasyonun gelir gruplar\u0131na, farkl\u0131 toplumsal kesim ve s\u0131n\u0131flara g\u00f6re \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde farkl\u0131 hissedildi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10631\" src=\"http:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/tufe-degisim.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"852\" height=\"563\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/tufe-degisim.png 852w, https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/tufe-degisim-300x198.png 300w, https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/tufe-degisim-768x507.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 852px) 100vw, 852px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00dcFE ve g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 endeksi artmaya devam ediyor. 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda 122 olan T\u00dcFE endeksi, Kas\u0131m 2023\u2019te 1.807&#8217;ye y\u00fckseldi. 2005\u2019te 122 olan g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 endeksi ise 2023\u2019te 2.553&#8217;e y\u00fckseldi. B\u00f6ylece T\u00dcFE 2003&#8217;ten bu yana 18,1 ve 2005&#8217;ten bu yanda 14,8 kat; g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 ise 2003&#8217;ten bu yana 25,5 kat ve 2005&#8217;ten bu yana 20,9 kat artt\u0131. 2005\u2019te y\u00fczde 7,6 olan y\u0131ll\u0131k enflasyon oran\u0131 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 62 oldu. 2005\u2019te y\u00fczde 5,7 olan y\u0131ll\u0131k g\u0131da enflasyonu ise 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 67,2&#8217;ye y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6te yandan son y\u0131llarda g\u0131da enflasyonu ile genel enflasyon aras\u0131ndaki fark a\u00e7\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.
