Ancak T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in resmi istihdam verileri de t\u0131pk\u0131 dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik verileri gibi i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131na ili\u015fkin ger\u00e7e\u011fin sadece s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Bu nedenle alternatif i\u015fsizlik hesaplamalar\u0131 yan\u0131nda alternatif istihdam hesaplamalar\u0131na da ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>TU\u0308I\u0307K\u2019in resmi istihdam oran\u0131 2023 4. \u00e7eyrekte y\u00fczde 48,8 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131rken, DI\u0307SK-AR taraf\u0131ndan TU\u0308I\u0307K verilerinden hareketle hesaplanan Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Tam Zamanl\u0131 \u0130stihdam (KATI\u0307) oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 34,5 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Kad\u0131nlarda resmi istihdam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 31,8 iken KAT\u0130 oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 20,1 ve erkeklerde resmi istihdam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 66,1 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015fken KAT\u0130 oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 49,2 olarak hesapland\u0131. <strong>B\u00f6ylece KAT\u0130 oran\u0131 resmi istihdam oran\u0131ndan genelde 14,3 puan, kad\u0131nlarda 11,7 ve erkeklerde ise 16,9 puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti<\/strong>.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Bu durum nispeten nitelikli istihdam\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koyuyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Gen\u00e7lerde i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131n\u0131n genel i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek seyretti\u011fi biliniyor. \u00d6te yandan AKP d\u00f6neminde gen\u00e7lerde i\u015fsizlik vahim bir hal ald\u0131.\u00a0 AKP\u2019nin iktidara geldi\u011fi 2002 3. \u00e7eyre\u011finden bu yana gen\u00e7lerde geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 26\u2019dan y\u00fczde 32\u2019leri a\u015ft\u0131.
