B\u00f6ylece son 10 y\u0131lda geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsiz say\u0131s\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsiz say\u0131s\u0131ndaki bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n sebebi zamana ba\u011fl\u0131 eksik istihdam ve \u00fcmitsizleri, i\u015f aramay\u0131p \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya haz\u0131r olanlar\u0131, i\u015f arayan ancak hemen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flayamayacak olanlar\u0131 kapsayan potansiyel i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle zamana ba\u011fl\u0131 eksik istihdam edilenlerin say\u0131s\u0131nda devasa bir art\u0131\u015f s\u00f6z konusudur. Haftal\u0131k 45 saatten daha az \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve imkan\u0131 olmas\u0131 durumunda daha \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 isteyenleri kapsayan zamana ba\u011fl\u0131 eksik istihdam edilenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 son bir y\u0131lda 1,9 milyondan 3,2 milyona y\u00fckselerek 1 milyon 295 ki\u015fi artt\u0131.
