T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re 2022\u2019de y\u00fczde 10,4 olan dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 2023\u2019te 1 puan azalarak y\u00fczde 9,4 oldu. \u0130\u015fsizlikteki ger\u00e7ek durumu anlamak i\u00e7in geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir veridir. Dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik art\u0131\u015f e\u011filimini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 21,3 olan geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 son bir y\u0131lda 1,5 puan artarak 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 22,8\u2019e y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>2023\u2019te T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik y\u00fczde 9,4 ve geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 22,8 iken AB \u00fcyesi 27 \u00fclke ortalamas\u0131nda dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 6,2 ve geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 12,2\u2019dir. ABD\u2019de ise Ocak 2024 itibar\u0131yla dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 3,7 iken geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 7,2\u2019dir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan T\u00fcrkiye Avrupa \u00fclkeleri ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da en y\u00fcksek geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizli\u011fe sahip \u00fclkedir. Avrupa \u00fclkeleri i\u00e7inde ikinci en y\u00fcksek geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131na sahip \u00fclke y\u00fczde 20,4 ile \u0130spanya\u2019d\u0131r. \u0130spanya\u2019da dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik ise y\u00fczde 12,3\u2019t\u00fcr. Avrupa \u00fclkeleri i\u00e7inde geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 en y\u00fcksek olan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00fclke \u0130talya (y\u00fczde 18,1), d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00fclke \u0130sve\u00e7 (y\u00fczde 17) ve be\u015finci \u00fclke ise Yunanistan\u2019d\u0131r (y\u00fczde 16,8). Avrupa \u00fclkeleri aras\u0131nda geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan ilk \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fclke ise Polonya (y\u00fczde 4,9), Malta (y\u00fczde 5,3) ve Macaristan\u2019d\u0131r (y\u00fczde 6,2).<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K taraf\u0131ndan 2022\u2019de 30 milyon 752 bin olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanan istihdam edilenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 2023\u2019te 31 milyon 632 bin olarak hesapland\u0131. 2023\u2019te istihdam oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 48,3 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ancak T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in resmi istihdam verileri de t\u0131pk\u0131 dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik verileri gibi i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131na ili\u015fkin ger\u00e7e\u011fin sadece s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. \u0130stihdam verileri tek ba\u015f\u0131na istihdam\u0131n niteli\u011fi konusunda bilgi vermiyor. Bu nedenle alternatif i\u015fsizlik hesaplamalar\u0131 yan\u0131nda alternatif istihdam hesaplamalar\u0131na da ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>TU\u0308I\u0307K\u2019in resmi istihdam oran\u0131 2023\u2019te y\u00fczde 48,3 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131rken, DI\u0307SK-AR taraf\u0131ndan TU\u0308I\u0307K verilerinden hareketle hesaplanan Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Tam Zamanl\u0131 \u0130stihdam (KATI\u0307) oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 34,1 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
