Kad\u0131nlarda resmi istihdam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 32,4 iken KAT\u0130 oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 19,6 ve erkeklerde resmi istihdam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 67,2 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015fken KAT\u0130 oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 49,6 olarak hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>D\u0130SK-AR taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan KAT\u0130 hesaplamas\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki (15+ ya\u015f) 65,9 milyon ki\u015finin sadece 22,7 milyonu kay\u0131tl\u0131 ve tam zamanl\u0131 istihdam (KAT\u0130) kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki 33,3 milyon kad\u0131n\u0131n sadece 6,5 milyonu kay\u0131tl\u0131 ve tam zamanl\u0131 istidamda (KAT\u0130), \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki 32,6 milyon erke\u011fin ise 16,2 milyonu kay\u0131tl\u0131 ve tam zamanl\u0131 istihdamda yer al\u0131yor. Bu durum nispeten nitelikli istihdam\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in 2024 3. \u00e7eyrek \u00fc\u00e7 ayl\u0131k verilerine g\u00f6re hem dar hem geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizli\u011fin cinsiyete g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kad\u0131nlarda i\u015fsizli\u011fin \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 2024 3. \u00e7eyre\u011finde dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik erkeklerde y\u00fczde 6,9 ve kad\u0131nlarda ise y\u00fczde 12,1 olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik (\u00e2t\u0131l i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc) oran\u0131 ise erkeklerde y\u00fczde 21 ve kad\u0131nlarda y\u00fczde 35,7 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Gen\u00e7lerde i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131n\u0131n genel i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek seyretti\u011fi biliniyor. \u00d6te yandan AKP d\u00f6neminde gen\u00e7lerde i\u015fsizlik vahim bir hal ald\u0131.\u00a0 AKP\u2019nin iktidara geldi\u011fi 2002 3. \u00e7eyre\u011finden bu yana gen\u00e7lerde geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 26\u2019dan y\u00fczde 35,7\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. AKP d\u00f6neminde geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 gen\u00e7 i\u015fsizli\u011fi yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 puan y\u00fckseldi.
