D\u00fcnya\u2019y\u0131 etkisi alt\u0131na alan COVID-19 salg\u0131n\u0131 halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehdit olu\u015fturman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemli bir ekonomik tehdit olu\u015fturdu.\u00a0Salg\u0131n baz\u0131 i\u015fyerlerinde faaliyetlerin tamamen ya da ge\u00e7ici olarak durmas\u0131na ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015fsiz kalmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Salg\u0131n ile bir\u00e7ok i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri azalt\u0131ld\u0131, uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modeline ge\u00e7ildi. K\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya da \u00fccretsiz izne \u00e7\u0131karma gibi uygulamalarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklikler oldu.<\/p>\n

Genel-\u0130\u015f Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Dairesi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan ara\u015ft\u0131rma Haziran 2020’de y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ve t\u00fcm D\u0130SK \u00fcyelerini kapsayan alan ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n genel hizmetler i\u015fkolunda ili\u015fkin verilerine dayanmaktad\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n t\u00fcm D\u0130SK \u00fcyelerini kapsayan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 8 Temmuz 2020’de D\u0130SK-AR taraf\u0131ndan\u00a0“Covid-19 \u0130\u015f\u00e7ileri Nas\u0131l Etkiledi?”<\/a>\u00a0ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma ile kamuoyuna duyurulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n genel i\u015fler i\u015fkolu \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmesinde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015fl\u0131klar \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n
