Kaynaklar\u0131n y\u00fczde 83&#8217;\u00fc \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu&#8217;ndan!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 6\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Covid-19&#8217;la M\u00fccadele Kapsam\u0131nda Yap\u0131lan Nakit Deste\u011fin Y\u00fczde 83&#8217;\u00fc \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu&#8217;ndan!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aile, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n (A\u00c7SHB) 15 \u015eubat 2021&#8217;de yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>Sosyal Koruma Kalkan\u0131<\/strong> verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Covid-19 kapsam\u0131nda \u015eubat 2021&#8217;e kadar yap\u0131lan <strong>toplam nakit destek 52,7 milyar TL oldu. Ancak bu deste\u011fin 3,2 milyar dolar\u0131 \u00a0normalle\u015fme deste\u011fi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda i\u015fverenlere yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015f\u00e7ilere ve hanelere yap\u0131lan destek 49,5 milyar TL oldu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6,4 milyon haneye Sosyal Koruma Kalkan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 1000 TL nakdi destek yap\u0131l\u0131rken, 2 milyon aileye \u201cBiz Bize Yeteriz\u201d ba\u011f\u0131\u015f kampanyas\u0131ndan yine 1000 TL destek sa\u011fland\u0131. B\u00f6ylece Mart 2020-\u015eubat 2021 d\u00f6neminde 8,5 milyon haneye bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere 1000 TL (toplam 8,5 milyar TL) yard\u0131m yap\u0131ld\u0131. 8,5 milyon aileye 11 ayda sadece 1000 TL \u00f6dendi.<\/p>\n<p>Sosyal Koruma Kalkan\u0131 ad\u0131 verilen \u00f6demelerin esasen \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu \u00f6demeleri oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu&#8217;ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,5 milyon i\u015f\u00e7iye ayda 1.168 TL nakdi \u00fccret deste\u011fi (\u00fccretsiz izin \u00f6dene\u011fi), 3,8 milyon i\u015f\u00e7iye k\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011fi ve 995 bin i\u015fsize ise i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011fi olmak \u00fczere <strong>toplamda 7,2 milyon i\u015f\u00e7iye Covid- 19 salg\u0131n\u0131 ile m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda nakit destek sa\u011fland\u0131. \u0130\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 7,2 milyon i\u015f\u00e7iye sa\u011flanan toplam destek tutar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 41 milyar TL oldu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4962\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4962\" style=\"width: 642px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4962 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Screen-Shot-2021-02-15-at-11.31.01.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"642\" height=\"141\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Screen-Shot-2021-02-15-at-11.31.01.png 642w, https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Screen-Shot-2021-02-15-at-11.31.01-300x66.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 642px) 100vw, 642px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4962\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Kaynak: Aile \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilerinden yararlan\u0131larak D\u0130SK-AR taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 7\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>B\u00f6ylece Covid-19 ile m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda Mart 2020 ve \u015eubat 2021 d\u00f6nemleri aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yap\u0131lan toplam 49,5 milyar TL\u2019lik nakit transferin 41 milyar TL\u2019si \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu&#8217;ndan, 6,4 milyar\u0131 Sosyal Yard\u0131mla\u015fma ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma Fonu&#8217;ndan (bu kaynaklar\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Hazine&#8217;den sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r) ve 2 milyar TL\u2019si ise ba\u011f\u0131\u015f kampanyas\u0131ndan sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sosyal Koruma Kalkan\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n y\u00fczde 83&#8217;\u00fc \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu&#8217;ndan, y\u00fczde 4&#8217;\u00fc ba\u011f\u0131\u015f kampanyas\u0131ndan sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sosyal Yard\u0131mla\u015fma ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma Fonu kaynaklar\u0131ndan harcanan miktar ise 6,4 milyar TL&#8217;dir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu kaynaklar\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilere aittir.
