Aradaki 6,4 milyonluk i\u015fsiz saklanm\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K) 10 Mart 2021 tarihinde Hanehalk\u0131 \u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131nda (H\u0130A) \u00f6nemli bir revizyon yapt\u0131. T\u00dc\u0130K ILO&#8217;nun 2013 metodolojisine uygun olarak d\u00f6rt farkl\u0131 i\u015fsizlik t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc (bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne i\u015fsizlik demeden) a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. T\u00dc\u0130K b\u00f6ylece ilk kez, kamuoyunda geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik olarak bilinen hesaplamay\u0131 <strong>at\u0131l i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc oran\u0131<\/strong> olarak kamuoyuna sundu.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in daha \u00f6nce yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>dar tan\u0131ml\u0131<\/strong> i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar ve i\u015fsizli\u011fin ger\u00e7ek boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tmamas\u0131 nedeniyle yo\u011fun ele\u015ftiriler al\u0131yordu. D\u0130SK-AR, T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 hesaplamas\u0131n\u0131n yetersizli\u011fi nedeniyle uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in ham verilerini kullanarak\u00a0<strong>geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik<\/strong> hesaplamalar\u0131 yap\u0131yor ve kamuoyuna a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor. T\u00dc\u0130K ise elinde ham veri olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen y\u0131llard\u0131r ve \u0131srarla geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik hesaplamalar\u0131n\u0131 kamuoyuna sunmad\u0131. <strong>T\u00dc\u0130K tarihinde ilk kez Mart 2021&#8217;de geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 alternatif i\u015fsizlik hesaplamalar\u0131n\u0131 kamuoyuna sunmu\u015f oldu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tablo ve grafikte T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in i\u015fsizlik hesaplamas\u0131nda revizyon yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 2014&#8217;den bu yana D\u0130SK-AR&#8217;\u0131n geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik hesaplamalar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 yer al\u0131yor. \u00a0D\u0130SK-AR&#8217;\u0131n geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131 ile T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in ge\u00e7mi\u015fte a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7eklikten ne kadar uzak oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131nda vakalar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mart 2020&#8217;den itibaren T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131 ile D\u0130SK-AR&#8217;\u0131n geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oranlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki makas\u0131n gittik\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.
