Salg\u0131n devam ederken K\u00c7\u00d6 uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi kay\u0131plar yaratacak. K\u00c7\u00d6 ile i\u015f\u00e7ilere br\u00fct \u00fccretlerinin y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131 tutar\u0131nda ve br\u00fct asgari \u00fccretin y\u00fczde 150\u2019sine kadar \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131yordu. B\u00f6ylece i\u015f\u00e7ilerin eline 2.100 TL ile 5.300 TL aras\u0131nda bir \u00f6denek ge\u00e7mesi s\u00f6z konusu. K\u0131sa \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6dene\u011fi\u2019nin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile i\u015f\u00e7iler zorunlu \u00fccretsiz izne mahk\u00fbm edilecek ve g\u00fcnde 47 TL <strong>nakdi \u00fccret deste\u011fi<\/strong> ile yetinmek zorunda kalacak.<\/p>\n<p>Salg\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan bu yana toplam 3,8 milyon i\u015f\u00e7i k\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011finden yararland\u0131. Halen 1,3 milyon i\u015f\u00e7i k\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011fi al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131sa \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6dene\u011fi neden kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor? Bunun hi\u00e7bir inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 gerek\u00e7esi yok. Salg\u0131n devam etti\u011fine g\u00f6re i\u015f ve istihdam kayb\u0131 devam ediyor. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde i\u015fverenlere yap\u0131lan te\u015fvik \u00f6demelerine ise 16,7 milyar TL ayr\u0131ld\u0131. 3,8 milyon i\u015f\u00e7iye 28 milyar TL K\u00c7\u00d6 ayr\u0131l\u0131rken i\u015fverenlere 16,7 milyar do\u011frudan te\u015fvik ayr\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu\u2019nda halen 98,2 milyar TL kaynak bulunmaktad\u0131r. <strong>Fon\u2019un mevcut kaynaklar\u0131 ile en az bir y\u0131l daha K\u00c7\u00d6 uygulamas\u0131na devam edilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/strong> Dahas\u0131 i\u015fveren te\u015fviklerine son verilip bu kaynaklar i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacak olursa Fon kaynaklar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde korunarak k\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6demelerine devam edebilir.
