Ancak 2021\u2019in ilk \u00e7eyre\u011findeki ya\u015fanan y\u00fczde 7\u2019lik b\u00fcy\u00fcme \u00fccretlilere yans\u0131mad\u0131.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bunu anlamak i\u00e7in d\u00f6nemin enflasyonunu ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi birlikte ele almak gerekiyor. B\u00fcy\u00fcme ekonomideki reel mal ve hizmet art\u0131\u015f\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor. D\u00f6nemin b\u00fcy\u00fcme oran\u0131 ile enflasyon oran\u0131 toplam\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6demelerindeki art\u0131\u015f olduk\u00e7a s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kald\u0131. \u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6demeleri y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 16 artarken, resmi enflasyon (y\u00fczde 17,1) ve b\u00fcy\u00fcme (y\u00fczde 7) oranlar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131 y\u00fczde 24,1 oldu. Di\u011fer bir ifadeyle i\u015f\u00e7i \u00fccretleri b\u0131rak\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmeden pay almay\u0131, enflasyonun dahi alt\u0131nda kald\u0131. Enflasyon ve b\u00fcy\u00fcme oranlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6demelerinin s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fccretlilere yans\u0131t\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. T\u00dc\u0130K b\u00fcltenine g\u00f6re, eme\u011fin (i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6demelerinin) ulusal gelirden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay 2021\u2019in ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde 2020 ilk \u00e7eyre\u011fine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 39\u2019dan y\u00fczde 35,5\u2019e gerilerken, ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde net i\u015fletme art\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 41,9\u2019dan y\u00fczde 45,8\u2019e y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir (Grafik 2). Net i\u015fletme art\u0131\u011f\u0131 sermaye gelirlerini ifade etmektedir.
