Mevsim etkisinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f (MEA) geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik (\u00e2t\u0131l i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc) oran\u0131 son bir ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde ise 1,2 puan artt\u0131. Geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik Temmuz 2019&#8217;dan Temmuz 2021\u2019e 1 milyon 790 bin ki\u015fi artarak <strong>8 milyon 421 <\/strong>olarak hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fsizli\u011fin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Temmuz 2021\u2019de i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131na yeni giri\u015flerin artmas\u0131ndan. Daha \u00f6nce i\u015f aramayanlar\u0131n i\u015f aramas\u0131ndan bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ise i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalardan kaynaklan\u0131yor. Yeni istihdam s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015fsizlik art\u0131yor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re <strong>MEA dar tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsiz say\u0131s\u0131 <\/strong>Temmuz 2021 d\u00f6neminde bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re 547 bin ki\u015fi azalarak <strong>3 milyon 902 bin <\/strong>olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K Temmuz 2021 d\u00f6neminde 4 ayr\u0131 i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik 1: G\u00f6sterge i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 (mevsim etkisinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f dar tan\u0131ml\u0131) y\u00fczde 12,0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik 2: Zamana ba\u011fl\u0131 eksik istihdam ile i\u015fsizlerin b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 16,3<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik 3: \u0130\u015fsiz ile potansiyel i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 19,6<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0130\u015fsizlik 4: \u00c2t\u0131l i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc (geni\u015f tan\u0131ml\u0131 i\u015fsizlik) oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 23,6<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in yeni kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 metodolojiye g\u00f6re a\u00e7\u0131klanan ayl\u0131k veriler olduk\u00e7a s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir kapsama sahip. Ayl\u0131k verilerde daha \u00f6nceki T\u00dc\u0130K metodolojisinde yer alan pek \u00e7ok ayr\u0131nt\u0131 yer alm\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin istihdam olup \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayanlar ayl\u0131k verilerde yok. Bu nedenle salg\u0131n d\u00f6neminde istihdamda g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcp i\u015fba\u015f\u0131nda olmayanlar\u0131n say\u0131lar\u0131 ayl\u0131k T\u00dc\u0130K verilerinde yer alm\u0131yor. Yine i\u015f aramay\u0131p \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya haz\u0131r olanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131, \u00fcmidini kaybeden i\u015fsizlerin say\u0131s\u0131 ve gen\u00e7 i\u015fsizli\u011fe ili\u015fkin ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in ayl\u0131k verilerinde yer alm\u0131yor.
