B\u00f6ylece Ocak 2022 d\u00f6neminde resmi sendikala\u015fma oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 14,32\u2019dir. Kay\u0131td\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilerin de hesaba kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 fiili sendikala\u015fma oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 13,3\u2019e d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sendikal haklar\u0131n etkin bir bi\u00e7imde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir sacaya\u011f\u0131 olan toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi kapsam\u0131 oran\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de vahim bir hal almaktad\u0131r. Kamu sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki y\u00fcksek sendikala\u015fma oran\u0131 nedeniyle toplam toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi kapsama oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 9,5 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7ok daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde T\u0130S kapsam\u0131 y\u00fczde 5,5\u2019tir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u0130SK-AR taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan ara\u015ft\u0131rma b\u00fclteninde Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi kapsama oran\u0131na etkisi ele al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.
