D\u0130SK-AR Kod-29\u2019un yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in 6 Nisan 2021 tarihinde C\u0130MER yoluyla SGK\u2019ye ba\u015fvurmu\u015f ve 2015-2019 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda t\u00fcm i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karma kodlar\u0131na g\u00f6re i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin cinsiyetini ve say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 talep etmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SGK, 14 Nisan 2021 tarihli cevab\u0131nda istenen bilgilerin \u00f6zel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve analiz gerektirdi\u011fini ileri s\u00fcrerek ve talep edilen bilgileri \u201cki\u015fisel veri ile ticari s\u0131r niteli\u011finde olan veri\u201d kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirerek bilgi vermeyi reddetmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SGK\u2019nin \u00f6zel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gerektirmeyen, ticari veya ki\u015fisel s\u0131r niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131mayan verileri payla\u015fmamas\u0131 \u00fczerine D\u0130SK taraf\u0131ndan Bilgi Edinme De\u011ferlendirme Kuruluna ba\u015fvurulmu\u015ftu. Kurul da 5 May\u0131s 2021 tarihli ve 2021\/707 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 ile bilgi edinme talebimizi reddetmi\u015fti.
