{"id":9278,"date":"2022-10-03T10:49:58","date_gmt":"2022-10-03T07:49:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/?p=9278"},"modified":"2024-04-19T11:38:37","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T08:38:37","slug":"emekcinin-enflasyonu-uc-haneli-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/?p=9278","title":{"rendered":"Emek\u00e7inin enflasyonu \u00fc\u00e7 haneli!"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Resmi enflasyon emek\u00e7inin enflasyon ger\u00e7e\u011fini yans\u0131tm\u0131yor. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u0130SK-AR taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan hesaplamaya g\u00f6re emeklilerin g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 118, en yoksul ikinci y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 119,9, en yoksul y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun enflasyonu ise y\u00fczde 137,3 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aral\u0131k 2002\u2019de y\u00fczde 29,7\u2019lik bir enflasyon devralan AKP 20 y\u0131lda enflasyonu 54 puan art\u0131rd\u0131 ve y\u00fczde 83,45&#8217;e y\u00fckseltti.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Eyl\u00fcl 2003&#8217;te 101 olan T\u00dcFE Eyl\u00fcl 2022&#8217;de 1.047, Eyl\u00fcl 2003&#8217;te 99 olan g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl 2022&#8217;de 1.374 oldu. B\u00f6ylece T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;e g\u00f6re 2003&#8217;ten bu yana T\u00dcFE 10 kat, g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 13,9 kat artt\u0131!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan resmi enflasyon oranlar\u0131 farkl\u0131 gelir gruplar\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tm\u0131yor. Resmi enflasyon oranlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirlilerin, emek\u00e7ilerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hissetti\u011fi oranlar de\u011fildir.\u00a0\u00a0Bu nedenle D\u0130SK-AR olarak T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in ham verilerinden yararlanarak emeklilerin, dar gelirlilerin, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirlilerin hissetti\u011fi enflasyonu yeniden hesapl\u0131yoruz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hesaplamaya g\u00f6re g\u0131da enflasyonu ortalama y\u00fczde 93,1 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken\u00a0<strong>emeklilerin g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 118,5, en yoksul ikinci y\u00fczde 20&#8217;lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 119,9, en yoksul y\u00fczde 20&#8217;lik gelir grubunun enflasyonu y\u00fczde 137,3 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 89,4 olurken, en y\u00fcksek gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu ise y\u00fczde 66,4 oldu. B\u00f6ylece en yoksul gelir grubu y\u00fczde 133,2 oran\u0131nda g\u0131da enflasyonu hissederken, en y\u00fcksek gelir grubu ise y\u00fczde 66,4 oran\u0131nda g\u0131da enflasyonu hissetmi\u015f oldu. T\u00dcFE&#8217;deki (2003=100) de\u011fi\u015fim 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re %3,08, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n Aral\u0131k ay\u0131na g\u00f6re %52,40, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re %83,45 ve on iki ayl\u0131k ortalamalara g\u00f6re %59,91 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;e g\u00f6re art\u0131\u015f\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu ana gruplar ise s\u0131ras\u0131yla, y\u00fczde 117,6 ile ula\u015ft\u0131rma, y\u00fczde 93,05 ile g\u0131da ve alkols\u00fcz i\u00e7ecekler ve y\u00fczde 89,68 ile ev e\u015fyas\u0131 oldu. B\u00f6ylece ula\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00fc\u00e7 haneli enflasyon devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;e g\u00f6re Yurt \u0130\u00e7i-\u00dcretici Fiyatlar\u0131 Endeksi (Y\u0130-\u00dcFE) (2003=100) ise 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 151,5 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0130-\u00dcFE y\u00fczde 151,5 iken T\u00dcFE 83,45 olarak hesapland\u0131.
