D\u0130SK-AR taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan hesaplamaya g\u00f6re emeklilerin g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 131, en yoksul ikinci y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 132, en yoksul y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun enflasyonu ise y\u00fczde 151 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/li>\n<li>Kas\u0131m 2012&#8217;de 212 olan T\u00dcFE, Kas\u0131m 2022&#8217;de 1.115, Kas\u0131m 2012&#8217;de 2017 olan g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 endeksi Kas\u0131m 2022&#8217;de 1.527 oldu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9512 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/gelir-gruplari.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"822\" height=\"516\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/gelir-gruplari.png 822w, https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/gelir-gruplari-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/arastirma.disk.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/gelir-gruplari-768x482.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 822px) 100vw, 822px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00dcFE&#8217;deki (2003=100) de\u011fi\u015fim 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 2,88, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n aral\u0131k ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 62,35, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 84,39 ve on iki ayl\u0131k ortalamalara g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 70,36 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019e g\u00f6re art\u0131\u015f\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu \u00fc\u00e7 ana harcama gurubu ise s\u0131ras\u0131yla, y\u00fczde 107,03 ile ula\u015ft\u0131rma, y\u00fczde 102,55 ile g\u0131da ve alkols\u00fcz i\u00e7e\u00e7ekler ve y\u00fczde 92,83 ile ev e\u015fyas\u0131 oldu. B\u00f6ylece ula\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00fc\u00e7 haneli enflasyon ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019e g\u00f6re Yurt \u0130\u00e7i-\u00dcretici Fiyatlar\u0131 Endeksi (Y\u0130-\u00dcFE) (2003=100) ise 2022 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 0,74 ve bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 136,02 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Y\u0130-\u00dcFE\u2019nin art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 yava\u015flam\u0131\u015f olsa da y\u00fckselme e\u011filimi devam ediyor. Resmi enflasyon oranlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirlilerin, emek\u00e7ilerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hissetti\u011fi oranlar de\u011fildir.\u00a0\u00a0Bu nedenle D\u0130SK-AR olarak T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in ham verilerinden yararlanarak emeklilerin, dar gelirlilerin, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirlilerin hissetti\u011fi enflasyonu yeniden hesapl\u0131yoruz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hesaplamaya g\u00f6re g\u0131da enflasyonu ortalama y\u00fczde 102,6 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken emeklilerde g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 130,7 oldu. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 11,4 olurken, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirli ikinci y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik grubun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 132,1, en yoksul y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubun g\u0131da enflasyonu ise y\u00fczde 151,4 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu y\u00fczde 101,6 olurken, en y\u00fcksek gelir grubunun g\u0131da enflasyonu ise y\u00fczde 75,4 oldu. B\u00f6ylece en yoksul gelir grubu y\u00fczde 151,4 oran\u0131nda g\u0131da enflasyonu hissederken, en y\u00fcksek gelir grubu ise y\u00fczde 75,4 oran\u0131nda g\u0131da enflasyonu hissetmi\u015f oldu. Bu durum enflasyonun gelir gruplar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde farkl\u0131 hissedildi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kas\u0131m 2022&#8217;de y\u00fczde 84,4 olan resmi enflasyon oran\u0131 AKP d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in yeni bir rekor anlam\u0131na geliyor.
